#35 roller chain is the 2nd size in the ANSI B29.1 roller chain sizes lineup. It utilizes a small form-factor for tight applications and is manufactured out of high-strength mild carbon steel for shock load and fatigue resistance. The Economy Plus series 35 chain was engineered for general light to even medium-duty industrial or agricultural applications, it is made using heat-treated components, factory pre-loaded to minimize initial stretch as well as operation stretch over time, and is part pre-lubed then factory dipped in a good-quality lubricant. Something important to note about 35 chain specifically is that it is a roller-less bushed chain, meaning that the chain has no roller but utilizes bushings instead much like ANSI 25 chain.
